On 21 October my son had an accident on Beyers Naude. Quick on the scene A1 Assist. The persons name is Robin and he wanted to tow the car away as quick as possible. As the car my son was driving was a loan car from Ford we had to have it towed to them. After making sure with Ford that it was ok and making sure that the tow trucker had the correct address and after he assured me that we need not to pay any fees, he took off. The next day the car was missing and then we had to find out he took it to their premises in Industria. They would not release the car to us until I paid R6000. What a rip off!!! Even the staff working there (I can name them all) are the worst to deal with. They swear and make it quite clear that they have a Christmas budget to make up. Never will I recommend or use A1 Assist again!
