Non delivery of order. Just cancelled

I put in a transfer for my line from one property to another at a Telkom Direct shop and they had a hassle finding the complex on their system. I found a number of another unit in the complex and they said it was a different complex name on the system but they said it was correct. Then I get an sms with that complex name and a different address so I called the call centre and they rectified it after giving them the other number. Then I got another call saying they could not find it so I went through the same process again and they found it on the system. After about a week I called back and they said the order has been cancelled because they could not find the complex. Now I have to go through the same thing again. I have given my address and two other phone numbers in the complex and still they can't find it. THERE IS A TELKOM BOX RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR COMPLEX. To make matters worse after a month of this the line at my old place is still active like I never put the order in at all.

They are just interested in closing the call regardless if the information is correct. It's someone else's issue.
