Reckless Driving of Delivery Guy

The delivery guy from Debonairs delivered pizza to someone in our complex last week and almost knocked my little girl over who was on her bicycle. My girls (ages 2 & 4) were riding their bicycles in the complex with a group of us supervising them. All of a sudden we hear a terrible noise only to find the delivery guy speeding towards the gate which was closing, we were so shocked cause out of nowhere this motorbike came speeding and luckily my dad pulled my kid out of the way.
This is totally unacceptable for him to be riding his motorbike in a small, secure complex without consideration of the people/kids living in the complex. Please discipline your driver and ensure that this does not happen again or we will ensure that delivery vehicles are not allowed in the complex. If they do enter the complex, whom they are making deliveries to should escort them to the gate and open the gate for them and NOT try to make it after following another car out.
