Bad Service In General

Ought a Golf 6 at Auto Elegance Pretoria (put the street address in) in August. At first I was impressed with the cars the dealership, hence I decided to purchase the car. But once I purchased the car, my perception changed completely. The cars woodlining was dirty to start off, the tyre condition was stated as 70% in the advert, when i told the Sales person about the tyre condition of the car he said that it's fine & that it passed the roadworthy test. I have had the car 2 months - now The tyres already has to be replaced. I notified the Sales person after a few days of taking possession of the car, that I discovered a dent on the left hand side of the carriage; he seemed to rather put the blame on me, having said that i picked up that the left hand side door was resprayed cause it was duller than the rest of the car. You cant pick it up since the car is black, the inside of the door has overspray so this also indicates that the car was re- sprayed. I had to pay someone to just polish the door & cleaned the wood lining. I must say that this has been my worst experience ever buying a car new or used. The Customer service was poor. i would not want anyone to go through this.
