It comes with great dissapointment that a dealership like Ford Auto used cars Hatfield would lead someone into buying a 2nd hand car that was once in an accident without telling the buyer of such things. how is it possible that a brand new car with 600km on can not operate basic things like hazards, central lock and theirs a huge wind coming in from the drives window and door. to make things worse the drives door jams when you try to open it. and when you inform the sales man or dealership they just come up with stories that don't make sense, where they shift the blame that it might be factory faults. for heaven sake VW would never sell a car with faults inside it. as if that wasn't enough? when they take the car back, they don't even give you a coutesy car in the mean time since it was their fault. the best they can do, they tell you to go get a rental car and you have to pay the excess fee from your own pocket.
