Where is the regional manager for jhb operation?

Again my stock i ordered didn't arrive in nelspruit. Altho the branch in nelspruit is running like a well oiled machine they can only give a service if backed by the major centres, in this case jhb.

I requested stock to be picked up in jhb by 3 p m and supplied my number incase anything did go wrong. Fat lot of good it did me when they phoned me at 5:30 pm to tell me they can not pick up my collection . wha can i do as the supplier closed at 5pm.

Do i now have to check, double check and triple check if they are doing their work picking up my order? For a huge company like time freight i would imagine that they will have a "quality" manager that is on the ball and with both hands on the pulse of the operations or am i hoping for too much?

In this day and age where good service and going the extra mile sets you apart from the competition how can you afford to be blase and laid back with the attitude of "tomorrow is another day "

I honnestly think you need to come up with a sollution that this problem is adressed as we going into the festive season and it will be busy like crazy. Or do you just don't care if you lose a clent to the opposition?
