Worst panel shop eve

On 18 March 2013 my vehicle (Audi A4) went into Dent Tech Panel shop for reairs to the RHS front door which had a small dent. The bonnet & bumper was also to be resprayed.
The car was there for approx. 2 weeks. I picked up the vehicle one afternoon, so I could not inspect the vehicle properly. However the waring light for the auto range/focus lights were on in the dash. I was to return with the vehicle the following week. Before I could take it back, there were a number of things that were not right.
1. The bonnet shock was not operational anymore
2. The headlight auto range/focus not working
3. The RHS front door was not finished off properly
4. The engine compartment was absolutely dirty
5. Interior hood linning was dirty
6. The front bumper was not painted nor fitted properly
7. Overspray on bootlid
However they will not sort out the bonnet shock and the headlight fault. All of this was in perfect working condition and I was told that it was wear & tear and they cannot fix it. The vehicle goes in with all this working and now it's not.
Shouldn't your car go to a panel shop and actually come out looking and working better?
Going to take legal action against Dent Tech.
