DISGUSTING SERVICE AND TREATMENT ON NEW CAR

I had earlier lodged a complaint with respect to the My car which I bought from them and i immediately informed them that the radio was faulty as the tape switched automatically to radio whilst playing, indicating that it is overheating.

During February 2013 and May 2013 I wasted time, at their request, taking my car in to their dealership about 3 times and each time the car returned, it was always still faulty and I took it up with [Email Removed] as per ref: SrvReqNo:[0600014110]}
Unfortunately i still had no joy, for a brand new purchased car which is expensive and had defets. subsequently i lost hope and chose to ignore them, as they had brought me grief. incidentaly, what is suprising, whilst I i was taking the car for repairs, they failed to pick up or advise me that the vehicle was due for 20000 km service as it was a year old. I was then frustated by the above and only thought that I will bring the car for service when it reaches 20000 km. They cut my warranty to 50% and at their invite to carry repairs to the radio, still expect me to carry cost for labour and any parts to fix it, which I find disgusting and laughable.
