Worst experiance ever!!!

I bought a Audiobank in-dash car radio in December. Since then the radio has gone in 5 times for repairs, they have claimed 4 times to have changed parts etc. The radio mutes automatically the minute you drive less than 5meters. Today I received the radio for the 5th time after they have claimed to have repaired it. AGAIN 5 meters later it does the same thing. This goes against the CPA of 2008 implemented by Government 1 April 2011. I would like a new radio OR my money back. A word of advise, stay away from dealers of Audio Bank as they know nothing of repairs and they do not disclose where the radio is taken so that we may contact the repair department directly.
