OVERHEATING OF CD PLAYER ON BRAND NEW 2012 CAR

I am battling to have the CD player of a brand new car that I bought at their Benoni Cassey's auto fixed or replaced. upon purchasing the car I experienced problems with playing the CD as it overheated if played for about 30 minutes whilst driving & automatically switched itself into a radio mode. I have countleslly went to the local dealer where I bought the car & they updated the latest radio software, but it continues to date to give the same problem. It doesnt seem like there is a sense of urgency to adress my plight, as both the Ford customer service, as well as the local dealer seem not eager to help. the last time i took it in, they said they could not find fault, even though the sales person Hanro did agree that the CD was extremely hot when ejected. I am at my wits end to have this sorted out, as I am paying a lot of money on the car to have it malfunction in this manner and the service that i have received so far is beyond pathetic.
