9921487424 waybille. I have lots of experience dealing with courier services. I don't understand how difficult it could be to give the client more information on a parcel that is in clearance with Customs.
Yes I know you can't control customs, but you can tell me aprox when u can deliver and release and if they need anymore info execp the payment.
Why can Fedex keep me up to date and make sure for urgent release and make a note on the system.
I pay express courier fees - I want express delivery and service.
One guy I spoke was Fezile and the other guy just hung up on me... I want my parcel cleared and deliverd Monday asap
