My car White Fiat Punto REG: XGT 646 GPwas taken on the 15 May 2013 it's been 5 months and my car is still not fixed, i've been calling and not getting feedback, everytime i get promised a call back with concrete feedback but they never call back, Ashwin advised they'll sort my car out within 20days i asked him to send it in writting it's over 3 weeks still waiting for the mail, to date they can't give me a qoute or cost to repairs which shows they really don't know what they're doing, i've never come across such pathetic, unhelpful, inconsiderate, unprofessional people in my life, if they can't fix my car they must give me my ca
