I bought a Fiat Punto last year November from Durban. The day I signed for my vehicle I was notified that if something is wrong I need to let them know and go to my closes Fiat dealer. I drove back home to JHB and my flicker was not working. I notified Westrand as they are closes and they said they would order the part it takes 3 weeks. This was still in warranty period. I went on holiday and gave birth to my 2nd child. I followed up again after 3 months of no feedback. But my part was not there and not order they have no record of it. I resent my details and was advised that they will get back to me. No one did and in April I called to book my service and follow up with the flicker. The parts manager said she will call me back. later go a voice mail to say the part is there. Later in April my vehicle broke and took the car to Fiat to be serviced and repaired. But there was no flicker for me cause it was not order again! I waited over a week for my car to be serviced and I resend my details to Fiat again. But still no flicker and no service! Now my vehicle is out of warrant and i will not pay a cent for their mistake! I need my vehicle repaired or they can take it back!
