How can any one keep on lying for 14 days?

My car was towed to Rightway Developments after a brake down on the N1 on 13 June 2013. We entered into an agreement that they would fix the car. After one week on Thursday 20 June 2013 Ashwin said that the car would be ready for collection in the afternoon. As I am a nurse and work nightshift I asked him if I could collect the car in the morning. Arriving at Rightway Devellopments on 21 June, Gert and the lady working there said that they still had to start on the car as they were finding it difficult to find a clutch kit. My sister witnessed. Gert promised that the car would be ready by the afternoon and they would deliver it to my home. I did not have transport to my home in Pretoria. Gert then offered to send a driver to take me home. Before that I paid them the full amount of R17, 985.18 as I really needed the car because of the shift work I do. Gert calls-no kit.

Ashwin calls at around 12H00 today 26 June 2013. They are just doing a valet and will then send the driver ASAP. At 15H00 I call to assess the delay and speak to Gert and he says that they are tightening the last screws!? First valet then tighten the screws?? 14 days of woman and elder abuse... is this fair?
