I got a call from an insurance company trying to give me a better qoute than I'm paying at Miway at the moment. They did better my monthly premium ect and I spoke to Ntokozom from Miway on the 12th (friday). He said he will speak to his manager and see if they can match the qoute. Monday the 15th he got back to me and he gave me a qoute which was more expensive than the qoute from the other insurance company and he asked if he can get a senior consultant to phone me and try match this qoute. I said it's fine if they phone me back and try and match it. Today is th 18th (3 days later) and after numourus e-mails to Ntokozom asking him to ask them again to phone me because I still had no feedback there is till no feedback or phone call. I've been with Miway for about 2 years now and had no problems up until now. I'ts really frustrating sitting and waiting for them to get back to me and getting no feedback. The same situation with my Fiancee she is waitng for almost two weeks now for feedback and it's a joke.
