24/7 Emergency? Really?!

For the first time in the approximately 10 years that I have been with Outsurance, I needed their "24 Hour Emergency" out of regular hours this morning. The number on the sticker they provide is NOT the emergency number and the number on the website isn't either. I searched for an emergency number but could not find it and had to wait until 08.00 to phone the number advertised on their website. I have always been comforted by the knowledge that if I had an emergency in the middle of the night, I could call the number faithfully stored on my mobile. So much so that I cancelled my AA membership but I have already called the AA to renew and I no longer believe that OUtsurance is the great company they profess to be. An emergency is just that - an EMERGENCY.
