DHL collected package on Friday afternoon @ 15h30, package to be couriered from Cape Town to Namibia delivery date and time Monday 21- October-2013 @12h00, Waybill tracking on line shows it never left Cape Town. Nobody is able to tell me where my package is. Managers are constantly in meetings, i was even told by the receptionist ..."i can't call the manager just for this". This is unacceptable customer service.
