I recently bought a Hyundai Getz, within a week, I was in an accident. My colleague suggested I try CK Coachworks, due to my working schedule - I couldn't go in for a quote, so I sent in photos. I received a quote of
R4 451.94, which was sent to insurance. Due to delays on both ends that quote expired by the 25th of September, in which I requested a second quote of R1 972 in which I approved as there was no mention of extra costs. as the previous quote expired. When I took my car in the 27th, the vehicle was assessed and no extra charges were told to me. A week later, when I went to fetch the vehicle, I explicitly asked to pay the excess as my insurance would pay the rest, the excess was supposedly R2500, they charged me R4 472.00!!! No where was this price mentioned anywhere. Due to the fact that they never told me of this price anywhere in the previous two quotes.

I will never ever use CK Coachworks again, they took advantage of my trusting nature and of my insurance.
