Debit if extended warranty invalid

The basic question remains unanswered - is the vehicle covered by the extended warranty or not?
The branch has the full service history of the vehicle and if it is not covered why do they deduct the extended warranty cost from our bank account? If the vehicle is not covered by the extended warranty then the deduction can be construed as or and the full amount deducted to date should be refunded immediately - why are you deducting the money every month?
How many other consumers do you in this way?
The branch continues to be unable to confirm if the vehicle is covered by the extended warranty or not but you can be sure they will put the debit through at the end of the month. Must we bounce the debit and how do we get our money back?
