Disgraceful "customer service" from Fourways Mall

I phoned the day before to track a parcel. I was told the parcel was last scanned at the post office, but their driver would collect later that day so I could come the next day to collect. Friendly and helpful. The next day I went to clear our company mailbox only to find it empty. The lady behind the counter told me that the annual renewal fee had not been paid. I asked her to give me an invoice so I can arrange an eft with our accounts department. She offered me a quote and told me they would not release any mail till the renewal fee had been paid. I asked why I had not been told about this the day before when I phoned. Needing to get the mail I paid by card onky to be handed my receipt by Andrew telling me that the mail had not been collected from the post office. I was annoyed feeling I had just been "blackmailed" to pay the fee as I could have just done the eft. None the less, I was polite and addressed him as Sir. When I tried to explain to him why I was upset, he cut me off and bluntly told me I didn't have to pay it straight away and the mail wasn't there and turned to walk away. I told him he was rude to just cut me off and walk away to which he screamed at me to "GET OUT".
