After submitting an electronic enquiry into a new Kia Picanto Lx I was promptly contacted by Ramon who took the time in explaining what the difference it between the EX and the LX which assisted me greatly in making a choice between which of the vehicles would be better suited to my needs.

After submitting the requisite documents and finance application, I got word from Chantelle what my 3 payment options were and what they included. When I mentioned to Chantelle that I received a more affordable option from Imperial Select, she worked some magic and bettered one of the options for me.
