Pharmacist, Chantelle has an appaulling attitude

On Saturday afternoon, I went into your pharmacy to collect my chronic meds. I was (unfortunately) assisted by Chantelle Botha, as I arrived I handed her a letter of approval from the med. aid (which she tossed back at me and said "I don't need this; it's not for me") and the doctor's script. I ignored her attitude and explained to her that I was at the pharmacy last week 15th June and the pharmacist that assisted could not process anything as there was a discrepancy in the script and the approval letter. Chantelle (without even as much as looking at me to acknowledge that I was right in front of her and explaining my dillemma to her) asked if I was loaded on the syst. to which I replied "I don't know". Chantelle indicated to me that the med. aid is not allowing the script as it indicates that my benefits have been depleted. I explained to her that this has occured not so long ago when I went to collect my meds from another pharmacy and there was an issue about codes. Chantelle was shockingly rude and annoyed as I handed her the med. aid letter again and responded "I do not care what the letter says! ". Cutting the long story short the very same letter indicated the code to use.
