Unisa
Where is the urgency?

I have applied at Unisa online, even before submitting my documents, I got an email response that I dont qaulify and this is after asking for a layout of the courses they offer. Needless to say I submitted my Documentrs completed with the application fee, and to date I have not received anything from Unisa. The registration date has been set but sitll no clue as to what is the way forward. I have accessed the website to track my application and they response is incomplete due to one of the reasons, outstanding docs, of which I know thats not the case as I submitted and got confirmation, its not the payment either as I site confirms that they have got the payment, the only reason left is the application stil needs to be approaved. Really? just weeks into registration I have tried calling, the phone NEVER gets answered and going to the branch? I ma reffered to the website... It is beyond frustrating to say the least. We are encouraged to get educated and when we try is this what we go through? Can i please get feedback, as i want to know what the options are.

I am so frustrated at the position that I find myself and the lack of urgency is disgusting.
