Good customer service

Although it is never ideal to be forced by the insurance to go to a specific panel beater, to then be told the repairs might take up to 4 days with no idea of which day the car will be ready except on Friday... my annoyance level was already high and my expectations low. However Mandy has been an absolute star in organizing the drop off and pick up from Sea Point to Montague Gardens, the car was ready a day ahead of schedule (which did not help me as I had to make alternative plans for a vehicle in any case not knowing when the car will be done), and the job has been done to perfection; they even touched up the fender (free of charge) that was not included.
Everybody was always smiling and courteous and the paperwork was done quickly and professionally.
So this was definitely the best customer service I have had dealing with panel beaters.
