Bad service - Replacing the fog light

I received a service when I took my car to have the fog lamb replaced as it was not working when I bought the car. First I was told that I driver will be sent to my workplace to replace the lamb but subsequent to that I was informed to drive to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership no one knew I was coming and I had to wait for 2 hours for the globe to be replaced.
