When I brought my car in for service, I was told not all parts are available and this meant I would still have to have to drive another 400km to and fro to bring the car back to Limpopo Toyota so they can complete the service. My question was why are the parts not available because I booked a week in advance and they confirmed, I gave them my particulars and km service required so they knew the standard parts that needed to be replaced. The service manager clearly did not understand the additional cost I am going to incur because of the dealership not having the right parts at the right time when needed.
