Tampered odo mete

I bought a brand new Hyundai accent threw my work, the Dealer be Hyundai Roodepoort South Africa. They said that the vehicle will be transported on a truck. When it arrived i was told the same. The vehicle was dirty inside and the interior of the 4 doors were scratched as well as the cup bio. The dealer confirmed the car was not driven. After i requested a tracking report i saw that the car was driven 1600 km, yet the odometer said 140km. The report constantly noted"over the speed limit. Enquiries at the dealer said they were told the vehicle was "couriered down on a truck. To date they do not want to accept responsibility for the tampered odo meter I've requested the transport company details to confirm whether they were told to drive the car. So, i am driving a 2nd hand car which are suppose to be new with scratches inside whilst the odo meter was tampered with..:Hyundai, i was robbed, clearly not what your brand stands for.
