DEFECTIVE NEW HYUNDAI ACCENT

At the end of January 2013 I purchased a new Hyundai Accent from Hyundai PMB.
The car at present has only got 2000km on the odometer.
I cannot drive this vehicle as i cannot keep it steady at all on the highway. It bounces on bumps, bottoms out if I have passengers on the back seat and terrifies me.
I have been back to Hyundai on numerous occasions complaining about the unsafe driving of the vehicle. On the second last visit the dealer principle instructed one of his mechanics to test drive the vehicle. After the mechanic told me that the suspension on all four wheels had to be replaced and advised me not to drive on the highway.
Hyundai have, eventually, admitted that they received a bulletin from Hyundai about the suspension on the Accent but wont tell me if they received the bulletin before or after I purchased the vehicle.
I told them I wanted to invoke my rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and return the vehicle. They have refused as they claim the car is fit for use.
This is ridiculous I don't know one person who would sell or buy a four seater vehicle that cannot have passengers on the back seat and cannot drive on the highway
