Poor workmanship & no follow-up

After conducting reference checks, we went ahead and accepted the quote from TAC Glass & Aluminium for supply & installation of a 6 panel aluminium stacker door & 3 skylights. We confirmed with Charles that the door must stack to the inside and the skylights must be at a slight angle. After installation, we found that the door stacked to the outside. However, after they came to correct this, we found that the workmanship was not good & that the "new" door, looked second hand as a result. Charles met with my husband & agreed that one profile would be replaced & that the skylights would be changed to an angle (they were flat!). After numerous calls early this year, they came to do the repears. However, the stacker door is now sticking on the one side & we have to push down on the door to lock it!!! My husband spoke to Charles and asked him to come do a quality check for himself. We are still waiting and my husbands calls have not been returned.

All we want is a 6 panel aluminium stacker door that works and looks new - afterall, we paid R19266.00 for it.
