Skew door fitting and bad re-assembly

After waiting from 08:00 till after 15:00 for the installation of my alarm on my VW Caddy it was found that the front spoiler was never fixed properly after they were completed with the job. It was reported and 10 days later still nothing. Then my sliding door centre hinge was replaced and after having been told it will only be about 2 hours I got a sms at 15:37 to say that my vehicle will only be ready at 16:30. I got to Barons at virtually closing time, paid for the work done and returned home. It was then found that the door was fitted skew and that it does not open from inside anymore. This is really the worst service I have found in my experience with the motor trade and I have been driving for over 30 years.
