No one returns my calls

Since i bought my Foton Thunda 2.2 (biggest rubbish in the market), every month i have to bring it in for new and re-occurring issues, I have waisted thousands of Rands between petrol and phone calls and all i get is sorry!!! Never mind the stress and anger that this car has given me but the staff at KIA (a department that fixes the Foton cars) don't give a, almost every time i go to the dealership there is a new face behind the counters as staff are always leaving (good sign), i call and leave messages and 1 out of 10 calls they return, they lost my service book as well and i have to buy it, they don't fix the issues with my vehicle and it keeps having to go back in and the issues that supposedly gets fixed have to be sent in again for re-occurring issues, i am totally fed up with this nonsense and honestly its time to take this issue up with the consumer council hopefully some one gives a!! these big corporations are bully's and can not take or own up to their responsibility, every time i complain to management i get told to write an email with all the issues & to email the big bosses but there's just to much to remember and too many complaints to put in one email
