I took the car for a 90 000km service. The car had had a problem, which I mentioned to them and they said they'd fix the problem. To cut the story short, they didn't fix my car which was under warranty, telling me that the problem was beyond their control, giving me a recommended mechanics business card meaning I'd have to pop out my own money.

I had to go all the way to the Germiston branch to get help, where they told me that they can fix the car since it is still under warranty.
Why did the branch at the Glen give me a mechanics business card? Why did they not do their job efficiently and effectively?

I feel like I can be compensated for time, petrol money and just my efforts wasted. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their car for service at The Glen.-Their customer service!
