As a reply to my last report, and the supplier's message, it was a cut and paste response and a total lie. I was the one in contact with kfc, not them. I did get an electronic voucher via email, but NOT ONE BRANCH recognizes it. If KFC just did their job properly, I wouldn't be complaining so much. I spoke to Enrico from customer care, who referred me to the GERMISTON, LAMBTON and CENTRAL TOWN BRANCHES, which are totally out of my way. But I went there, only to have the Germiston Branch Manager shout at me and refuse to help me, and both the Lambton and Town Branches say they never saw a electronic voucher before. What is happening here? It seems the level of customer care service is a reflection of the actual service of KFC. So to the customer care team, thank you for all your non-existent help and promises. I will not be buying from KFC ever again.
