I am a Virgin active member through momemtum multiply and have not been able to use this membership for some time. I contacted Virgin active to find out how i should go about to cancel tis membership. They advised me on contacting momentum multiply to do so.

I tried to call there call centre on the number on my membership card, after holding for about 10min i decided to try again later. I did so about 4 times. Whilst holding i was prompted to leave a msg for an agent to call me back, i also did this three times.

With no luck i left a request on there web page (also 3 times), nothing yet!

Later on i tried calling from both my cell aswell as my wife's at the same time. After holding again for 15min i got through to an agent who told me he was going to transfer me to the relevant persone and then cutt me off!

The next day i recieved a text msg from Hannes Smith asking me to rate the service!? I replied with my story and was told someone will call me asap, and they did... only to transfer me again and put me on hold for another 15min! I cutt the call and sent Hannes a msg asking him to get the right persone to call me. It has been 2 days and no call yet! All i want is some help
