I recently bought a car from Pinnacle cars. At first everything seemed brilliant. Then we discovered that a very expensive part on the vehicle was worn as well as some minor other parts. I reside in Kimberley. They requested me to return the car to fix it. I did this. When I received my car back it was only partly fixed. Because of the distance travelled, the front tyres was also worn. Because we reside in another province my wife licensed the car and paid for it, assumung to be refunded. Unfortunately the current attitude of Mr Brandon Papenfus is that he will only replace one tyre and the licensing money. The rest he refuses. Up to now we unfortunately still have a fight to get refunded even our licensing money. I will really Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. They also own other dealerships. so beware. I can be contacted on 082 5612370.
