I bought a new Ford Ranger XLT Double Cab in June 2012 .
In Decenber 2012, at 45000Km, I noticed the front tyres were worn unevenly.
We found that three of the four shockabsorbers on the vehicle were leaking oil. This ment that the worn shocks were causing the uneven tyre wear. I brought it to the attention of Novel Ford in Goodwood. They replace the shocks within a week, but do not want to replace the worn tyres.

I had the vehicle serviced by them every 1500Km, as per warrenty requirement. I asked Arthur, the workshop manager about the replacement tyres whereupon he refered me to Ford Care. I have been talking to them since 17/12/2012 .After numerous ( /- 18 phone) calls to them, nobody has given me any answers. The keep on saying they will call me back en then they do not call back. I still have not even received a reference number or anythiny that a claim has been lodged. I have spoken to Mariaal at Ford Care at first. She is now either busy or not at her desk. She does not call back. I then spoke to Vernon, apparently her supervisor, the same story.
I feel that Ford or Novel should owe up and reimburse me for the damage.
