In short i bought a BMW 320d from Pinnacle cars in March 2013 and on the first week of driving the car there were Major problems which i noticed, i called Pinnacle cars which intially tried to brush me off as a client and then realised that they had to repair my car which had problems with the Turbo, Diff and the Steering. They took my car in and i had to Literally fight to get a courtesy car. My car came back after a month and it was still not fixed, only the Turbo was done because i repaired it for them at less than half the price quoted. i had it for less than a week and took it back, i then waited nearly 2months and they still did not fix it, i am so disgusted by the service i have actually told them that i will sort the car out at my own expense because they did not want to spend money on a car that they sold me that was not road worthy as stipulated in the CPA. this is major problems and they were supposed to repair it. Steves Auto Clinic in Boksburg are the guys that they used and i must say they have the most horrible customer service one can get, i would never Support Pinnacle Cars and Steves Auto Clinic. I dont expect a new car, but just a car worth what i paid for.
