Absa Life won't pay me out

I opened up a funeral cover with Absa Life for my late Uncle when he passed I submitted the forms and necessary documents of identity documents death certificate and notice of death at Absa in Main Street Johannesburg and was told that it would take 48hours. I was then contacted by Thembi and she said that she needed the Death Notice which I should get from the Chief of the village where my uncle had passed I enquired at the Chief who says apart from the Notice of Death which I submitted he knows of no such death notice, I even enquired at the undertaker and they also say they don't know of this form. Thembi then sent me to Home Affairs and even they say that the Notice of Death is sufficient and that they know of no "death notice". I have to call Absa Life everyday and am kept on hold for more than 20minutes after which I speak to a rude Thembi who seems not to care when I ask to speak to her manager Deidre she is apparently never available. I feel like Absa Life has robbed me because I paid my premiums every month and submitted the forms and yet they refuse to process my claim
