Great service

I took my car in for a service at VW Pine street. From the time I drove in, Rachelle was there to meet me, find out what I was there for, and call the person allocated to my vehicle. This was Istikar, who was extremely pleasant and informative. Both of them worked quickly and efficiently, but at the same time were friendly and helpful. I only waited 5minutes and a lift home was arranged. My car was promised to me at 9:30, and at 9:20 I received a call from Istikar to say my vehicle was ready and he was arranging a driver. 5 minutes later he called me back to say the driver was on his way, and the time it would take for him to reach. The driver was there in the specified time. At the dealership, he immediately saw to me, explained the invoice, asked me to rate the service received and handed me over to the cashier. Perfect service. Not one complaint from my side (Apologies for incorrect spelling of names).
