Monday 30-9-13 I took my Golf GTI 6 reg CN 82 RJ GP for 120k service. I told Lebo my advisor check the left head light as it was faulty. She promised after a diagnostic check they (she) would call me. @ 10:20am she called telling me they need to flush the brakefluid, coolant system and the gear oil (DSG) and the left bulb. I told her to continue with the rest of the stuff and cancel the bulb as it was too much. At 13:09pm she calls again telling me that they need to replace two ignition coils because it's damaged (burnt) i asked her why as my car never missfired, she said its because the coils are over 120 000 km old. I gave the go ahead to continue and that they should put my old parts in the car upon collection. When I fetched the car it was jerking when you pull away, when I got home I checked for the old parts it wasn't in the car and by the time I couldnt call as it was past 6 @ night. I called Lebo the next morning who said I needed to bring the car back in. A technician checked the car out and reset it back to factory settings. Needles to say the car did the same thing. On 4.10.13 Sevandran from VW called, told him what happened he said VW SA will call me and they never did
