Car gave problems on Tuesday, 30/07/13. Took it straight to this branch to have it checked out. Told Lindah to investigate what problem was & if car needed a service to do it. Service was not written down on job card just "car is jerking". Phoned & told me both coils need to be replaced. Gave the go ahead - charged R1978.00 for parts and labour. Told I could fetch the car in the afternoon. Was phoned at 16h00 to say I can't collect the car as they battling to get parts and that I can only get the car Wednesday, which was done at 14h00. Broke down with the car on Wednesday night, didn't start on Thursday, had to jumpstart the car. Was jerking, doesn't idle properly. Took it straight back to branch. Long story short, spent another R3, 500 for major service, fan/temp switch, gasket and head globes, car wasn't ready when promised as battling for parts. Brights now don't work, temperature goes extremely high when idling, handbrake not adjusted with service, no water in radiator when collected and almost blew my engine by driving it like that and engine maintenance light is on - so was a service really done --- I THINK NOT!! Vehicle is back there today & more is wrong - SURPRISED!
