Terrible Service

Good morn a parcel has been posted to me on the 30/08/13 and from that time it is still sitting at Witspos hub! Everytime I chek it says scanned but from that time it has not moved which is ridiculus! I needed the parcel before the 10th of Sept for my brothers birthday but these people have not even botherd about my parcel and today is the 6th of Sept and Im so angry. Pls find out what is hapnin with my parcel and if it wil ever be sent to me, tracking no is PA370155815ZA
