INCOMPETENT STAFF AND UNINTERESTED DIRECTORS

We arranged and paid for this company to move us from Lonehill to Bryanston, about 3kms, on Saturday 1st February 2014.

We ensured that they were made aware that there is a 3 ton truck restriction in our complex and in the one we were moving to as well as a specified time frame.

Not only did they send a 5 ton truck, but failed to communicate with the client to keep us informed.

They arrived 6 hours late to move us, and then were unable to get into complex because THEY sent the wrong truck. They proceeded to try and deliver on SUNDAY, but without the correct vehicle and proceeded to inform us that we would need to pay more money for them to transport from the gate to our apartment.

We told them that was not the service we paid for, that we had advised RANDBURG MOVERS of the restriction and time frames. Needless to say they left and day 2 without our furniture.

On Monday we were assured that we would get our furniture, but despite numerous calls to Chantal and Shane the owner we had no response or feedback and this was day 3 without any delivery.

When our furniture was delivered on the Tuesday, day 4, it was all damaged and dirty. All of our groceries had gone off.
