Booked the car in for a 10 000km service @ Hyundai Menlyn, took the car in, they had it for 2 days (without even letting us know why), and when it came back, NO service was done!!! After much complaining from my side, and little responce from them, it emerged that they infact DID NOT perform the service on the Vehicle.
I reported the situation to HyundaiSA customer service, where Sibusisu was very helpfull and did a great job from Hyundai SA's side, but as far as the dealer is concerned... he can go and it. It emerged that the vehicle was suppose to only be serviced @15000km, but this was never conveyd to me, not when I booked, not when we took it in for the service, nor when we got it back from service (after 2 days!!!)

All they did was to take the car, park it for 2 days, and then give it back to me!

I will advise any person from dealing with Hyundai Menlyn

I'm sorry, but a halfhearted apology from the dealer principle over the phone will just not do!!!

I have requested a written apology from all parties, and only Sibusisu (HyundaiSA customer service replied, and he didnt have to apologise for anything)
