Exceptional service and a great attitude

I have had a parcel delivered to me today in Brits from the Fastway Pretoria branch.

I want to start off by stating that I am a very difficult person to please and where I feel that someone has excelled I feel that such a feat should be praised.

I would like to compliment Emmanuel from Fastway couriers on the fast, friendly service and the efficient way in which he communicated with me and delivered my parcel today. Emmanuel was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a great ambassador for your company.
