REFUND!!!

HI, I bought a 2 pairs of H1 phillp bulbs the white light, this was on the 24 september i then installed them on the car, and i was not pleased with the product i then went into the CENTURION branch this past saterday hopping to recieve my money back R500, the manager then assisted me, he then said that there is no refund on electric item i then advised that he show, he then slammed my head lamps on the couter with the slips and then showed me on the invoice i then read it, and said it states here that there is 'NO WARRENTY ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS" he then gets fraustrated with my and says that im being very difficult, he then calls headoffice and then say i must fill a claim form, this took an hour at store just for him to give me that information, i mean im a regulay customer and so are friends of mine all i want is my money back!!! i hope to get a response
