Sudden increase in price, no delivery, no refund!!

Placed an online order for a Piston for my CR 250 @ R1030 incl. delivery. Get a mail the next day and suddenyl the price has gone up to R1460. I told him to cancel my order as I could get an equivalent piston locally at R1300. He agreed to match the price and deliver in two days. A week later and the piston still not arrived! Told him to cancel the order and refund me my money. A week has passed again, and still no refund!! Gary never replies to my email and avoids me avidly. This has now been handed to my attorney for collection. Be warned, he is an unscrupulous business man.
