Unprofessional and appalling customer service

The modus operandi at Budget Rent a car in Randburg is unfortunate and highly unprofessional, this is the second time I am offered a small car possibly not within my specified category or group. There is a clear tendency on their part to reserve cars meant for client for other people, I had clearly indicated through my insurance the need for a car with decent boot space on my category for work purposes and told me the cars I could likely get on my category, which I confortable. I was then informed that this will be communicated clearly to budget but to my surprise I get called my Mshazo Ndlovu who had no interest whatsover in listening to what I was saying and was quick to bruch me off to call my insurer back even when he knows this was outside their operating hours. I find this service completely appalling and disgusting. He's lack of empathy and quick dismissal of me is regretable. I am sitting without a car because he refused to look at his records or do the necessary follow up - utterly rude!
