Terrible Service from BMW - No Customer Support

This is the 4th time taking my vehicle in to BMW Auto Umhlanga in the month of September and I am still not satisfied with service and with dealing with them or BMW SA.

My vehicle was booked in for many faults and as in motor plan the vehicle was supposed to be covered. Unfortunately up until to date the vehicle is not completely sorted out. This email is the last email sent and no proper action is taken.
I mentioned that the fault on the vehicle occurred before the warranty can end on the vehicle. An email was sent to Sagaree at Umhlanga when the vehicle was still under warranty and if you confirm with Sagaree her emails crashed in the past, you should have an Achieve system to back date emails... these errors where reported before warranty could end and Auto Umhlanga confirmed this will still be covered even if Warranty ends. Is this how BMW works, where every agent that finds a rust spot, stats industrial fall outs, So if they are industrial fall outs why is the spots inside the door. This is the 4th time my vehicle went in and only now the oil light goes off. I still cannot park my vehicle on a incline, the vehicle still rolls.(5th time in one month) Not enough space to cont.
