Promising service plans which does not exist

My mother bought a Hyundai Atos with 18000km. When she bought the vehicle she was promised that the vehicle had a service plan up to 90 000km in place.
When she took the car to Hyundai for a service they said it did not have such a plan in place.

I went to the dealer to try and resolve the issue and all I got from the sales manager, Louis Venter, was that he backs his salesman as he worked for Hyundai before joining Auto Excellence.
He even went as far as say those cars don't have any service plan what so ever, only a warranty.
According to Hyundai they do have service plans but as an additional option when buying the vehicle.

This dealership is very eager to make a sale, especially when it come to single woman in their late 50's but as soon as the vehicle leaves the premises they are done and will no longer be interested...
The only reason my mother bought the car was because of the service plan as she had a Toyota Yaris before she bough this car from Auto Excellence...
To this day my mother is yet to receive the spare keys promised as well...
